Non-Personally Identifiable Information. You may visit our Site without registering, however, the specific tools and Services on our Site require registration. - hops details including, without limitation, quality, the year it was harvested, quantity and any other pertinent information;
- payment terms, including, without limitation, price per unit and expected dates for payment of the hops or, conversely, receipt of payments for the hops;
- location, namely a town or city, agricultural region in a specific state or province, and/or state or province; and/or
- other items identified in the registration and other uses of the Site.
We may contact you to provide you with the option to receive updates and publications, or invite you to participate in offers related to our Services. Unless you communicate that you prefer not to receive such information, you agree to receive these communications. If you no longer wish to receive communications from us, you can update your preferences accordingly.

Open Discussions and other Public Forums. Our Site may feature several areas that allow for you to post questions, comments or other information in a open forum that can be accessed by other users of our Site.
